From a trip to Xi'an and Beijing. I tried to avoid all the cliche images of the wide angle look at the Terra-cotta Warriors and the Great Wall, but some things are unavoidable! I did manage to grab a few shots of the warriors in situ (I only included one as they tend to look the same after a while) as they were found and I really think this better illustrates the situation there. Plus, everyone and their mother has seen the wide shot of the large pit. Not actually as overwhelming as one might think. The Great wall, on the other hand, lived up to it's billing and more. This is a more rebuilt section and is suposedly how it appeared in the height of it's usefulness. Enjoy!
