Went searching for Shidango-yama to hike and after a while hiking around a river valley, we discovered that we were in completely the wrong place. We missed the mountain, bit ran into these two beautiful waterfalls and this uniquely shaped grove of cedar. All in all a great time in a very cool place! The next weekend we returned and climbed Shidango and saw it's curiously cleared summit.
